As a Lead Roof Restoration and Repair Technician, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality roof restoration and repair services while ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients. You will also lead hands-on training and continuous improvement efforts for our roof rejuvenation teams as the company grows, helping maintain consistent quality, safety, and performance standards across all projects.
