Terms and Conditions – All American Roof Shield

By accessing or using the services and website of All American Roof Shield Inc. (“All American,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all service offerings, including the application of Fresh Roof™ rejuvenation spray and associated maintenance procedures.

2. Description of Services
   All American Roof Shield Inc. is a licensed and certified provider of Fresh Roof™, a soy-based asphalt shingle treatment formulated using patented GreenSoy™ Technology. This eco-friendly solution helps restore flexibility, reduce granule loss, protect against UV damage, and extend the functional life of your roof.
3. Service Eligibility & Coverage Area
   We provide services for qualifying asphalt shingle roofs on both residential and commercial properties. Our core service area spans across North Texas, from Waco to the Oklahoma state line, generally within a 75-mile radius of our headquarters. Projects outside this region may be considered individually and may involve additional fees.
4. Limited Warranty
   Each Fresh Roof™ application is covered by a 6-year limited warranty against material failure, subject to the following conditions:

• Roof must have at least 60% of original granule coverage remaining.
• No more than five (5) shingles may be missing or damaged; otherwise, repairs may be required first.
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovering an issue.
• Coverage is limited to product performance and material replacement only.
• Labor costs, damages caused by weather events, misuse, poor roof design, or unrelated structural issues are excluded.
• Warranty is only valid when applied by Certified Fresh Roof Applicators and is transferable with the property.

5. Customer Responsibilities
   To ensure proper service, customers agree to:

• Confirm ownership and provide accurate property and contact details.
• Grant access to the property for inspection, treatment, and follow-up visits.
• Understand that this is a rejuvenation service, not a full roof replacement or major repair.
• Acknowledge that patching or repairs beyond five shingles is not included in standard treatment.

6. Pricing, Promotions & Payments

• Limited-Time Offer: Receive $500 off your full treatment (promotion runs bi-weekly).
• Treatment cost typically ranges between 10–15% of full roof replacement.
• Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged.
• All major credit cards are accepted; minimum $5,000 credit limit is recommended for approval.

7. Environmental and Safety Commitment
   Fresh Roof™ is a USDA Certified 96% bio-based product. It is safe for pets, plants, and people and contains no volatile organic compounds (VOCs) or harsh chemicals. When applied properly, it causes no harm to landscaping, siding, or driveways.
8. Application Guidelines
   Service includes:

• A pre-treatment soft wash to clean the roof.
• Application of Fresh Roof™ rejuvenation treatment.
• Ideal application conditions: temperatures between 40–85°F, and dry weather.
• Typical duration: 1–4 hours for homes, longer for large commercial properties.

9. Limitation of Liability
   All American Roof Shield Inc. is not liable for:

• Incidental or consequential damages.
• Roof leaks due to flashing, skylights, chimneys, or structural deficiencies.
• Discoloration or appearance changes due to pre-existing roof conditions.
• Overspray, though we take all reasonable steps to prevent it.

10. Intellectual Property Rights
    All logos, branding, product names (including Fresh Roof™ and GreenSoy™ Technology), and web content are the exclusive intellectual property of All American Roof Shield Inc. and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
11. Data Privacy
    Customer data is used exclusively for internal purposes, including estimates, communication, and warranty tracking. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
12. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be handled within the appropriate courts of Texas jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
    All American Roof Shield Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services signifies your acceptance of the most current version.
